1. Project Manager / Estimator – Commercial / Residential

• All tasks related to managing construction projects to include, but not limited to, scheduling, submittals, ordering materials and equipment, reviewing project invoices, change orders, contract billings, coordinating with; Owner/AE, subcontractors and inspectors, etc. The job will also involve pursuing new sales, estimating and contracting new jobs. This may include, but not limited to, attending pre-bid meetings, sending out ITB’s, populating subcontractor and supplier bids into the estimate, delivering bids to bid openings, etc.

2. Job Superintendent – Commercial

• Field supervision including but not limited to, scheduling, running crews, ordering materials and equipment, coordinating inspections, punch lists

3.  Finish Carpenter – Commercial / Residential

• Focus will be mainly on commercial projects with some residential. Preferred experience with setting doors, casework, trim, exterior siding and other various trade work

4. Carpenters – Commercial / Residential

• Focus will be mainly on commercial projects with some residential. Preferred experience with wood stud framing, steel stud framing, setting structural steel and other various trade work
